All our jewelry is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect or fault, or material used in this manufacturing. Our guarantee covers the replacement of products recognized as defective after observation. For this observation, it is your responsibility to contact our customer service.

If the complaint is recognized as valid by our customer service, Bertilleapaname.fr undertakes to take charge of replacing the jewelry and delivering it to your home.

What our warranty does not cover:

  • defects not related to the intrinsic characteristics of the jewelry delivered
  • maintenance, improper use of jewelry
  • defects related to a transformation of jewelry
  • Their normal aging
  • normal wear and tear due to use of the products
